Return Eligibility

Unboxing Video Requirement
- To ensure a seamless return or exchange process, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video upon receiving your product. This video will serve as proof in case of any discrepancies or damage.

Accepted Return Reasons
- Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange, provided the damage is clearly shown in the unboxing video.
Return Process
- Contact us via email or through our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach the unboxing video along with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

If the return or replacement/exchange is approved, the replaced product will be delivered to the customer within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after use.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us only if the return is due to an incorrect product or damaged item.
Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and the amout will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
