5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide an unboxing video along with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
- In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

- Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
